Laura Gramling, President

Laura is a senior leader with over 20 years of global experience providing consulting services focused on enabling effective change. She is experienced in designing and implementing high performing team interventions and programs and is an expert leader in highly interactive, collaborative meetings. She has long-term expertise with strategy execution that provides focus, action and extraordinary results.

She specializes in working with top leadership teams. She transforms leadership and strategy sessions into vehicles to deepen trust and teamwork, achieve alignment on organizational focus and develop commitment for change.

Laura has a master’s degree in Organization Development and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science both from American University. She has taught courses for Georgetown University’s Executive Certificate Program in Organizational Consulting and Change Leadership. She has a passion for travel and keeps her passport at hand for new adventures. When she is not on the road, Laura resides in the historic Shaw neighborhood of Washington, DC.
